17th MV AGUSTA REVIVAL, 11th MV AGUSTA OWNERS’ MEETING AND 6th MAGNI OWNERS’ MEETING
The yearly event dedicated to MV Agusta enthusiasts and motorcyclists is about to take place on 10th and 11th July in the large square of Agusta helicopters in the town of Cascina Costa near Samarate.
The 2010 edition was organised by the Motoclub Internazionale (International Motoclub) MV Agusta in collaboration with MV Agusta Motor S.p.A. and sponsored by the Provincial
authorities and the Municipality of Samarate. It will be celebrating the 60th anniversary of the creation of the MV Agusta Racing Dept. and the 65th anniversary of Meccanica Verghera’s foundation. This is a company which has become legendary and has been devoted to the achievements of 75 World Championships, 275 GP victories, 46 Italian Championships victories and more than 3.000 races.
Two days of celebration will be a unique occasion for admiring the motorcycles which created the MV Agusta myth, which now also includes the new F4 and Brutale 990R e 1090RR, worthy heirs of a genealogy of two-wheeled myths. The range of bikes will be displayed inside the MV Agusta village, together with all clothing and accessories of the prestigious Italian brand.
From Saturday afternoon through to Sunday evening you will be able to test the new
Brutale bikes. In order to participate to the test ride please contact the organisational
secretariat on the following numbers: phone +39.011.889308 – fax +39.011.8173487;
or via email on the following address: brutaleontour@mvagusta.it
Saturday evening will be dedicated only to foreign participants with a dinner in their honour, open to all those who will register for the meeting. The meeting place will be in a Marques tent next to the MV Agusta museum; a musical event will follow. Starting on Sunday morning, additional parking space will be made by Agusta for MV
Agusta motorcycles which will be ridden to Cascina Costa by hundreds of enthusiasts coming from all over the world including vintage, racing and street motorcycles as well as new F4 and Brutale models. A reserved area will also be available for motorcycle owners with Magni motorcycles. Riders and enthusiasts will be protagonists of the parade
on the town circuit from 2.30 pm through to Sunday 11 July.
The event will end on Sunday at 6.30 pm with the delivery of all awards to the riders, mechanics and the teams attending. A special award will be dedicated to three bikes, F4 and Brutale, with the best customisation.
