All goods remain the property of control your wires AB until full payment has been made.
Our aim is to always present the most accurate information of our products. However there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that the digital pictures exactly reflect the real products. The color of the pictures can for example vary depending on the settings of your computer screen. All pictures shall be regarded as illustrations. We apologies for any inconvenience that these potential errors may incur. We reserve the right to amend or update any information on this site at any time without any prior notice.
All attempts to deceit will be reported to the Police.
All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. No VAT is added for orders from private individuals and companies outside the EU (the customer is in such case responsible for paying any local VAT and import customs imposed by local customs officials). No VAT is added for orders from companies within the EU (but outside Sweden) if a valid VAT number is provided. The rule of reversed VAT liability is applied here.
3. Payment and Security
We accept card payment by VISA or MasterCard / Eurocard. No fees are charged for card payments. We cooperate with Texttalk AB (www.texttalk.se) who provide card payment service via their partner, DIBS (www.dibs.se), one of Europe’s leading authorized Payment Service Providers. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted using the industry standard 128-bit SSL. control your wires AB does not store any credit card data. This webshop supports 3Dsecure. 3Dsecure is a security standard developed by VISA to verify that the person using the credit card for a purchase also is the holder of the card.
We ship your order within 5 days given that we have the article in stock. After the transaction have been accepted we will send you a order confirmation via email. We inform you via email if the specific article is out of stock. The delivery time from the date the order is shipped out from our warehouse may vary depending on the delivery method chosen. Letter within Sweden (with Posten) and DHL Service Point (with DHL) take normally 1-2 days from the day your order is shipped out from our warehouse. The delivery time with air-mail abroad may vary depending on destination and local postal services. We are not to be held responsible for any delay or any other matters in connection with the delivery of the goods, since we cannot be accountable for unexpected proceedings caused outside our control by the delivery service company. Freight price for your specific order and specific destination is shown in the Check-out before payment and specified on your order confirmation.
5. Non collected deliveries (only regarding DHL Service Point within Sweden)
A package will be kept at the DHL service point for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return we will have to charge you for the costs associated, 350 SEK plus VAT to cover the cost for freight, return freight and administrative costs charged by DHL. We will then send you an invoice with a 15 days net credit term.
6. Exchanges and Refunds
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, given that the items are unused and returned to us together with the receipt. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and unbroken.
If you would like to refund or exchange an item in accordance to the above conditions, please contact us immediately via email order[at]cordctrl.com and provide your name, address, your bank account, order number and article number of the item you would like to return or exchange (if you would like to exchange the item please also specify which item you would like to change to). As soon as you have received a confirmation from us, you can send the item on your own expense to control your wires AB, Tellusgången 4, 126 37 Hägersten, Sweden together with the receipt. Please observe that the customer is responsible for the shipment of the goods to us.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight and control your wires AB wil not refund any shipment or payment costs associated with the return or exchange. We only refund shipment costs associated with approved complaints (see below). Goods that are returned to us via the delivery method “cash on delivery” are not handled.
We control all items carefully before shipment. If, however, the item delivered is damaged or in any other way defective, or if you have received the wrong item or wrong amount of items, please contact us immediately via email on order[at]cordctrl.com and we will correct the error. Please specify name, address, your bank account and order number and article number of the faulty item or the faulty amount. As soon as you have received a confirmation from us, you can send the item on your own expense to control your wires AB, Tellusgången 4, 126 37 Hägersten, Sweden together with the receipt for your order and a receipt for your return postage (we accept only refunds of return freight via normal postal letter). Please observe that the customer is responsible for the shipment of the goods to us. We accept only complaints for goods that are bought no longer than one year ago. Once we have accepted the complaint we will refund you the order’s full value and the return postage to your bank account. Goods that are returned to us via the delivery method “cash on delivery” cannot to handled.
8. Cancellation of order before shipment
You have the right to cancel your order before the package have been shipped out by us. Please contact us immediately via email on order[at]cordctrl.com and provide your order number. If the order has already been shipped out we will contact you via email and offer you to return the goods in accordance to the same proceedures as “Exchange and Refunds” above.

In case of Force Majeur, control your wires AB’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and control your wires AB can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by control your wires AB. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. control your wires AB will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon (and entirely) as possible.
