Eco Couture We have a 100% organic line in our label: our Eco Couture line. Here only organic materials are used for our customers whom wish to own a garment made especially for them. Design process with the customer needs in focus, Choice of material, Made to measure pattern, Fittings and Tailoring.
Made to measure We offer our customers the possiblity to get their favourite Camilla Wellton coat made to fit their measurements and colour specifications. Prêt-á-Porter Experimental incarnations of classic feminine silhouettes enhancing but not distracting from the natural female form is key to Camilla Wellton´s estethic. The brand also plays to universal consumer demand for pragmatism and social responsibility: High quality workmanship, heartfelt philosophy and natural fibres lends environmental empathy and longevity.
To choose an organic textile simply for the sake of doing so, is a fine intention. Yet, Fashion is at the heart of our business, so we will choose to use one only if it has a beauty and quality of the same order of or surpassing that of a traditional textile.
Design and fit come first. Always.
Yet, the spirit of a design is expressed partly through its material. Therefore it is with great satisfaction that we employ our chosen organic materials. To create a beautiful garment in harmony with the land is a distinct type of happiness for us and we believe, also for the wearer.
Most of our jersey line is in fact organic: •Oekotex certified Hemp-silk mixtures from Pierre Henriet •Exquisite Bamboo and Organic Cotton from Le Chanvrier •Luxurious Modal (Fabric made out of Beech trees) from Lenzing.
