General:

All these terms and conditions are valid until further notice. The terms and conditions may be altered at any time without prior notice. We reserve all rights for any errors in the article information and we reserve the rights to adjust prices, terms and conditions without any prior notice.
By purchasing from the website you approve to our terms of purchase and you agree to that your name, address, telephone number and social security (”personnummer”) or organization number (whichever is applicable) will be registered in our customer register. All information in our customer register will be treated in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (”Personuppgiftslagen”) PUL.

Customer information:

To able to perform a purchase at the Sannsticks website you must register your name, address and e-mail address. If we do not get your valid e-mail address, we are not able to send an order confirmation and we are also not able to inform you of any known delivery delays and/or any incomplete deliveries due to stock outs or other reasons outside our control.

Personal Data Act (PUL):

Sannsticks will store your name and address and other contact information. We will also process data from your purchase such as total purchase amount and number of products ordered. The data will be used by Sannsticks for two purposes, namely to
- Collect correct payment and perform complete delivery of products
- Form the basis for information and marketing from Sannsticks. Information and marketing materials can be transmitted to you via e-mail only by Sannsticks. No information will be disclosed to companies or individuals outside Sannsticks.
Your personal data could be used for planning, execution and monitoring of Sannsticks contacts with you. The data are also used for statistical purposes such as sales per customer.
Personal data is saved during the time they are deemed to be correct during the time you have an ongoing business relationship with Sannsticks and for some time thereafter, up to a maximum of 24 months after the last transaction.

Orders:

All products are ordered through Sannsticks internet website unless being sold at a fair or any other sales activity. If you experience any problems, please send an e-mail or a normal letter to us explaining the problem and we will endeavor to solve your problem as soon as possible. An order via internet is deemed to be firm and final when you have received an order confirmation from us. We reserve the rights not to deliver the confirmed order, either due to non-fulfillment of payment or due to other reasons such as a stock out.

Terms of purchase, returns and claims:

If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return any purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods. The goods must be unused and any packaged goods must still be sealed. You do not have the right to return any patterns you have purchased.

If you want to return the goods, you should ensure that it is correctly packed and you must pay the return postage yourself. We do not collect returned packages that are not full franked. Once we have received and confirmed the return, we will reimburse you for the relevant part of the purchase price

All returns should be sent to: Sannsticks, Engatan 29, 811 52 Sandviken, Sweden.
If you received faulty or transport damaged goods or if we have made an incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately to inform us of the perceived problem. We will as soon as possible come back with information how the damaged or incorrect goods should be returned to us at our expense. If possible we will send you a similar product free of charge. If that is not possible, we will provide you with a refund.

Prices:

All prices for the goods are in Swedish krona (SEK). If there is only one price given, the price is including VAT. All prices are including 25 % Swedish VAT. We reserve the rights to adjust prices on the web site without any prior notice.

Terms of payment:

Terms of payment are full payment in advance to Sannsticks bank account (”Bankgiro”) number 5865-9806 or via PayPal, Payson or by credit card after you have received the order confirmation. If you have not paid within 10 days after the order confirmation, Sannsticks has the right to cancel the order. Order cancellation will be made by e-mail or letter. Payment by invoice is available only for corporate clients ordering for the second time for more than SEK 1 000. Payment terms for invoices are 14 days. We reserve the right to perform customary credit control before accepting the use of invoices

Delivery and freight:

All deliveries will be sent by normal Postal parcel or letter to the address registered at the time of purchase. If the delivery is by parcel you will receive notice from the Post Office to your home address where to collect the delivery.
Freight costs within Sweden are SEK 50 for all orders up to SEK 700. For freight outside Sweden but within Europe the freight cost is SEK 100 and for rest of the world it is SEK 150. For all orders greater than SEK 700, the freight is free. We do not have any other charges such as fees for orders, payment or service fees.

All returns not due to incorrect or damaged delivery will be paid by the customer.

Delivery time:

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days after payment has been received by Sannsticks. If you have not received your delivery within six working days after you have paid the goods, please contact us by e-mail on sannsticks@gmail.com. For deliveries outside Sweden delivery time will depend on the selected mode of transport.

Late payment:

After the payment due date we will charge you a reminder fee of SEK 75 plus annual interest equal to the current Swedish reference rate + 8 %.

Sannsticks is registered for Employer Tax (”F-skattebevis”) in Sweden and we are also registered for VAT in Sweden.
