How do I order? (brief description)

1. Look up what you want
2. Click "Buy"
3. Click "Checkout" when you have put what you want in your basket
4. Login / Fill in your customer details, username and password and save
5. Select the payment methods and delivery method and press "Continue"
6. Check the information and confirm your order


Why do I have to register?

In order to have access to all information necessary to deliver an order to you. Instead of having to fill in your details each time you place an order, you sign up once and then log in each time you want to order something. All your data is taken automatically from your registration. Remember to keep your information updated.


I did not get any confirmation when I ordered. Has my order gone through?

To be sure that your order been cleared please check your email at the email address you entered. If you did not receive an automatic order confirmation within 60 minutes probably your order has not been received. If so, contact us at sannsticks@gmail.com

How do I know if I am logged in or not?

At the top of the page you see if you are logged in.


How do I know if the order has arrived?

Immediately after your order is received an automatic email is sent to you confirming that your order is received. You will then also get your order number.


What payment methods are there?

You can pay by bank transfer to the Swedish bankgiro (only in Sweden), use VISA, MasterCard or American Express through Payson or PayPal or pay from your Payson or PayPal account. Due to payment security, we do not currently use payment by invoice.


What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Click on Login and then on “Forgotten your password?”. Then you can fill in either your user name or e-mail address and kick “send”. Soon after you will receive an e-mail with your login-details.


How long is the delivery time?

Normally we mail an order 1-2 days after your order. In addition there is the postal handling time.


How much postage will be added?

Postage will be added on orders over SEK 500 and we have a single delivery fee of 50 kronor in Sweden, SEK 100 in Europe and SEK 150 for the rest of the world, as announced in the order confirmation via email. For orders over SEK 500 delivery is always free anywhere in the world.


Do you sell the contact information?

No! We absolutely do not sell any contact details, so all of your submitted information is safe with us. See our terms of sale on the handling of personal data.


How do I get your newsletter?

By filling in your email address under Newsletter on the start page, you will regularly receive newsletters with information and offers from us. At Newsletter you can also easily remove yourself if you do not want any more newsletters. The newsletter will only be issued in Swedish.

 

How often will the newsletter be issued?

The newsletter will come about 8-10 times per year.

 

Why do not the colors match exactly from the pictures?

Some colors do not appear to exactly match the color of the image. This is because the colors on your computer always differ somewhat from reality depending on the light conditions that prevailed when the photo was taken, the resolution used, which editor was used and so on. Colors are also different on different computers. We have tried to make the best of the images that you can get an idea of how they look in reality.


Clarification about our merino wool

There has been much debate about mistreated Merino sheep in Australia and there have been calls to boycott merino wool. We at Sannsticks are strongly opposed to the methods used in Australia and we can assure that all our merino wool comes from Argentina and Uruguay who do not practice the despicable method from Australia as the disease as Australia tries to protect itself from does not exist in Latin America. So please buy merino wool, but make sure it comes from a place where the animals may not suffer.
