How to use the shop
Use the menus to navigate among the products, via the "Read more" will take you to an article page with a better description of the item. If you want to buy something, click the "Buy" button. In the top, you have a link to the shopping cart where you can remove and change the number of items in the shopping basket.
When you're satisfied, go to the checkout and enter the information requested and click your way forward.
After ordering you will get an order confirmation via e-mail, be sure to enter the correct e-mail address. If you get no feedback so please contact us.

Prices
All prices are including 25% VAT.

Payment by using credit card
You have the possiblility to pay by using credit card, VISA or MasterCard / EuroCard. This is done via a secure encrypted connection to the bank. Fill in your card number, card validity, and control numbers. Control numbers (3) are printed on the back of the card. The money deducted directly from your account in connection with your acceptance of the transaction.

Payment in advance
You can also pay by transfering money in advance to our bank. The product is delivered after the money is available on our account. Enter the name and order number from the confirmation of payment. Payment must be made available at our account within 14 days from the day of the order.

Delivery and shipping
We do our utmost to deliver as soon as possible. Orders are normaly dispatched within one day.We only deliver within the Eu and to the nordic contries. Freight costs are automatically calculated in the shop and is dependent on the weight of the items purchased and shipping address.

Inventories
We sell only products in stock. The number of items in stock of each product is listed in the online store.

Garantee
According to the consumer's law within EU garantee applies to goods with manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by handling errors.
For warranty claims please contact us first before you do anything else.

Return policy
The right to return goods is walid until 14 days after you received the goods. Tere might be exceptions for special items.
The merchandise must be returned unopened in their original packaging. In the case of goods with damaged or opened packages or incomplete items we reserve the right to charge the costs of restoring the product to its original condition. You are responsible for the freight cost and also that the product is adequately packaged.
We will not collect goods liable to any form of fee.
