Terms for order
We have following terms for order. When You buy from us your automatic sign these conditions.
An automatic conformation mail will be sent to You when you have confirmed your order. This is the only notice You will get. We will send You your order as soon as your payment is registered.
If the person who orders is under 18 years old, You have to have a legal guardian approval for the order to be registered in our system.
Delivering time is 1-3 days after the payment reaches Vilda Stamps HB. Payment by creditcard will shio the same day.
Delivering and shipping fees
The shipping fee within Sweden is by postens standard fees. We will send You your order as soon as your payment is registered. After the order is sent, Vilda Stamps are no longer responsible for the package. If You want to be sure that the delivery reaches You and you want to be able to follow your package, You can choose an option called REK.
Payment in advance
You make your payment with Paypal. Don’t forget to mark your payment with your ordernumber. If we haven’t herd from You or received your payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled.
Payment with bill is only available for retailers.
Distance Agreement law
Private persons have according to the Swedish “Distance Agreement law” You have the right to regret a purchase within 14 calendar days, but at least 7 working days, from the day You've received the package. We only accept items that are unused and still in the original and unopened packaging. We would appreciate if you contact us before you return any goods. The buyer is has to pay for the shipping fees to send items back to us. We will not redeem parcels or letters sent by cash-on-delivery or similar. The value of the item will be repaid when we have received the items you wish to return.
We are exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if the failure is due to release factor as described below and the fact prevent, hinder or delay performance. Liberating event, including acts or omissions of the authority, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage or accident of significant size. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as decisions about health warnings, ban on sale, etc., or an abnormal decline in the market
