Delivery Area

We do not currently deliver to addresses outside Sweden and the EU. For delivery to
countries outside the EU, please contact us via our E-mail address:webshop@gotlandsmuseum.se

Currency and Prices

All prices at Gotland Museum’s webshop are quoted in Swedish Crowns (SEK) including VAT.
Should prices in our shop change, then the price shall be that prevailing on
the date the customer places the order.

Age and Fraud

You must be of lawful age (18 years) to purchase goods at Gotland’s Museum’s webshop; if
you are under 18 you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Orders made
either in another person’s name without their permission, or in any other way
which can result in economic loss or other damages on our part shall be
reported to the police.

Products

We endeavour to provide as correct and informative descriptions of our products as
possible. We do, however, reserve ourselves for any misprints, incorrect
information, as well as errors in specifications of our products and services.
We cannot guarantee that pictures render the exact colour and appearance of the
product.

Order Confirmation

An automatic e-mail, confirming your order will be sent to the address given with
the order. The order number included in the confirmation should always be
quoted, should you need to contact us concerning your order.

Delivery Time

Gotland’s Museum dispatches orders continually, and under normal conditions your order
will be dispatched within 2-9 days. Should a product be temporarily out of
stock, you will be informed and can then choose to wait for delivery or cancel
your order. Gotland’s Museum takes no responsibility for delays due to the Post
Office or freight forwarder.

Delivery Charges

You will be informed of delivery charges in your shopping basket before you confirm your
order.

Uncollected Parcels

We reserve the right to debit a minimum sum of 300 SEK for uncollected parcels/goods to
cover the costs of packaging and postage. Payment should be made within 14 days
after the invoice date.

Complaints

If a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days following delivery. We
check all products prior to delivery. Send us a detailed description of the
fault by telephone or e-mail: webshop@gotlandsmuseum.se.

Damage in transit should be reported to the Post Office where the product was collected.

Copyright

All images on Gotland’s Museum’s home page and webshop are copyrighted property, and we
ask you kindly to respect this.

Cookies

The webshop uses cookies but does not store any personal information. According to the law
on electronic communication all visitors to a website shall be informed as to
what the cookies are used for. A cookie is a small text file which is stored on
your computer when you visit the website. Next time you visit the website, the
browser retrieves the file to show pages according to your state. If you do not
wish to allow cookies to be stored in your computer, and you close the
function, the shop will not be displayed correctly and you will not be able to
purchase items from our web shop.

Cooling-off/Sale-or-Return/Right of Exchange

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the
purchase of an item, or exchange your product, up to 14
days after receipt of the parcel. Right of Exchange/Sale-or-Return are not
applicable on sale goods. Always notify us before returning your goods,
stipulating the product concerned.

The buyer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the items, in cases of cancellation
or exchange, and the product shall be in the same condition as when despatched.
This also applies to labels, bags, etc.

Personal Particulars

Gotland’s Museum protects you personal particulars according to the Swedish Data Protection Act (PUL). These particulars are only

used in our register of customers so as to facilitate communication between

ourselves and the customer

Delivery rates for other EU countries:

        0-500 g       60 SEK.

  500-1000 g       95 SEK.

 1000-2000 g     200 SEK.

 2000-3000 g     260 SEK.

 3000-4000 g     290 SEK.

 4000-5000 g     320 SEK.

 5000-10000 g   450 SEK.
