Terms and conditions

Prices
Listed prices include applicable VAT. Errors and omissions excepted. TeleskopService Norden AB reserve the right to change prices, specifications and conditions without notice in advance.

Payment
We offer the payment conditions money-order, cash on delivery (only in Sweden) and invoice/bank transfer (payment in instalments). Companies, schools and organizations can buy on invoice after credit check. Charges for cash on delivery and payment in instalments are listed in the order confirmation.

Returns
If an item or delivery is wrong we reimburse return shipping costs. Returns shall be sent by mail or parcel and must not be sent with cash on delivery.

For exchanges we cover the costs for the second shipment from us to the receiver.

Return period and reimbursements
You may return an article within a period of fourteen days after you have received delivery. The right to return expires if the article shows signs of use or if the original wrapping is missing or torn.

You pay the return shipping costs. After we have received the return shipment and confirmed that the articles are undamaged we reimburse the amount you have paid for the article in a timely fashion.

Unless the Goods are faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns on personalised/made to order or perishable goods.

Warranty
All articles are covered by the Swedish consumer law (private consumers) or purchase law (companies, schools, authorities). This includes among others a 12 month warranty for production defects. Our invoices serve as warranty certificates.

Deliveries
We deliver via Post, DHL and in some cases UPS. You can also pick up ordered articles in our shop in Sätila. With our order confirmation we confirm the applicable freight rate based on the weight and volume of the ordered articles.

Delivery time
Current delivery times are stated in the order confirmation.

Rejected parcels
If you have selected DHL cash on delivery or Post cash on delivery as shipping method the parcel will be available for pickup at the pickup point for 14 days and is returned to us after this period. If a parcel is returned because it is rejected or not picked up we charge the resulting costs.

Legal dispute
Eventual legal disputes shall be subject to Swedish law and shall be decided by a Swedish court. We follow decisions by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

Force Majeure
TeleskopService Norden AB shall not be held responsible for negligence or malfeasance in cases of force majeure, such as wars, natural disasters, public authorities' acts, new or changed laws, strike, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accidents or if a supplier for any reason no longer can deliver articles according to previous agreements.
