PricesThe prices displayed in our online-shop are set but may be subject to legislative changes and events beyond our control, which could lead to price adjustments.
VAT is included in all prices.
Prices outside the EUNo VAT is charged for orders shipped outside of the EU. The price does not include any import VAT, taxes, customs fees nor adminstrative fees regarding the shipping provider in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient. Fees vary from country to country.

Online Payment
Payment is accepted by MasterCard and VISA.

Choose debit-/credit card as the payment method at the checkout and fill in the card owner's name, card number, card expiration month and year, and the card's CVC code.

The CVC code consists of three / four digits in the signature field on the back of your card.
The card information is handled by Auriga ePayment payment switch, which is certified according to PCI DSS.
InvoiceFor payment by invoice, you are expected to pay within 10 days from the date your goods were sent from us, so it is important that the package is picked up from the postal office as soon as you receive a notification. The charge for the invoice is SEK 20.
ReclaimPlease contact us via e-mail or phone before reclaiming products. It is always of advantage to attach digital pictures and a description of the failure when contacting us by e-mail. After an agreement about the reclaim, you should pack the goods properly and attach the description of the failure. Of course, Klässbol Linen Weaving Mill will pay for the shipping when returning a defective product.
