Shipping conditions of our online-shop


Method of delivery
We use Parcel Post (MyPack) for deliveries within Sweden. You receive a notification via text message, if you listed your cell phone number in the customer information of your order. In abscence of a cell phone number, the notification will be send by postal letter, which will cause a delivery delay of one day. Your goods are delivered to your nearest post office or post agent. Heavier goods, which exceed a weight of 20 kg, will be shipped as business package. Your order will then be delivered to the nearest postal business center. Shipping outside of Sweden is in general also delivered with Parcel Post.

Availability and delivery
Goods in stock are sent immediately, goods which are out of stock will be exclusively woven as soon as possible. Therefore, delivery times may vary. You will always receive a personal order confirmation, that will provide information about the scheduled delivery time. When buying mutliple items, the goods will be send in one delivery, unless otherwise desired. Additional shipping fees must be paid by the customer then. We notify you if there occurs a delivery delay.

Transportation liability/damage to goods

If the goods are damaged or lost during the shipping, on their way to the customer, Klässbols Linen Weaving Mill will take responsibility for the case. When returning goods to us, you as the sender are responible for the secure shipping of the goods. Therefore, we recommend to pack the goods carefully. If you find the goods/package corrupted when unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed packages
For unclaimed packages, Klässbols Linen Weaving Mill reserves the right to invoice the shipping costs to the customer. It is therefore of importance to claim your package and pay your invoice within 10 days in order to avoid a payment fee for delay, if you choose invoice as a payment method, which is included in the package.
