1. GENERAL CONDITIONS - STOCKHOLM BOMBAY
1.1 LEGAL AGE
To buy a product in STOCKHOLM BOMBAY PROJECTS online store, you must be 18 years or older.
1.2 PURCHASE
Contracts for the purchase will meet in the time that you receive an order confirmation via email after you place an order and complete payment or completed credit check in online store.
1.3 INCORRECT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to retrospectively correct any erroneous information regarding price and delivery.
1.4 MISPRINTS
We reserve the right for "errors" in the productinformation and that product images do not always accurately reflect the true appearance. How the color of images reproduced may depend on the type of monitor you have and what settings they have.
1.5 FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where available.
2. RATES
The prices include VAT at 25 percent. If you choose Norway as a country at the checkout, the sum of the price is excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in foreign exchange, taxes, fees or similar. These price adjustments are governed immediately as we deem it appropriate. We also reserve for any incorrect prices due to such "errors".

DELIVERY
3.1 DELIVERY FURNITURE - STOCKHOLM
You can choose to pick up your furniture at our office in Stockholm. Office hours for pickup of furniture must always be agreed by telephone or e-mail. As soon as your order is ready for collection we will contact you by email, SMS or telephone.
3.2 DELIVERY - SWEDEN
Small items (less than 1.5 m and lighter than 20 kg) should be sent as a package or letter, by Schenker and can be picked up at the nearest delivery point after receiving notice. If you enter a mobile number to send the notification as a text message, otherwise you get a notice by post sent to you once the package arrived at delivery point.
Larger shipments are delivered with Schenker to your home, usually anchored on a pallet. The delivery notice will be made to the telephone number you entered.
3.3 DELIVERY TO FINLAND, DENMARK, NORWAY AND ALAND
Small items are sent by parcel post with Schenker and can be picked up at the nearest delivery point. If you live in Denmark or Finland, and have provided your mobile number you will be alerted via SMS, otherwise you will be advised by letter.
Large consignments will be sent by pallet or package with Schenker. If you live in Norway or Finland / Åland, you will be advised in advance by phone. If you live in Denmark you will be advised in advance by phone before delivery in most cases, but this is not a standard service at Schenker Denmark, we can not guarantee this. Please enter, therefore, a delivery address where you are available during the day.
For deliveries to Norway and Åland buyer / consignee is responsible for any customs fees. In connection with the importation to Norway / Aland the buyer is also liable to pay VAT on domestic goods.
4. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is stated on each product page and on your order confirmation. All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time from when we receive and process your order until the item ships from our warehouse. The delivery time from our warehouse to you is usually 3-4 working days.
Stock items are items that we normally have in stock for immediate delivery. For large orders or delayed delivery from the supplier, these products sometimes have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. In such cases, we will notify you once we processed your order.
If you order multiple items with different lead items at the same time, all the goods will be sent in a single consignment when all the goods arrive at our warehouse.
If the delivery time unlikely becomes longer than specified in your order confirmation we will inform you as soon as possible after the delay come to our attention. Of course you have the right to cancel your purchase when you will receive notification of delivery, whichever is longer than that reported at time of purchase.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer several different payment options to our customers, so you are able to choose the way that suits you best. In the online store, you can choose between payment by creditcard, bill payment or partial payment with or without interest, depending on the pay-off time.
5.2 PAYMENT BY DEBIT AND CREDITCARDS
With us you can make quick, easy and secure payments with debit and creditcards like Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. We think it's important that you feel safe when purchasing from us, therefor are we working together with DIBS which is the leading Payment Service Provider in Internet purchases. DIBS is certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and creditcard companies for their high level of security.
All information concerning your payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for transfer to DIBS and your card details are not recorded or stored by STOCKHOLM BOMBAY PROJECT.
5.3 PAYMENT BY INVOICE (only within Sweden)
In collaboration with Klarna AB, we can offer payment by 14 days of invoice. For this service we charge a billing fee of 29 SEK (incl VAT). Delivery will be made only to the address registered as registered address and you pay nothing until you receive your goods. The invoice is sent from Klarna AB on the day you receive delivery confirmation from us. Payment terms are 14 days net. For late payments interest is charged at 2% per month from the due date.
To order by invoice the purchaser must be at least 18 years.
5.4 PARTIAL PAYMENT AND DOWN PAYMENT WITH 0% INTEREST (only within Sweden for individuals)
Klarna AB offers, after credit check that occurs after you enter personal information during checkout, to subscribe for an account credit agreement subject to the conditions set forth in the General Conditions to the annexed account agreement.
6. CANCELLATION
You have 14 days to make a cancellation after purchase in the online store has been made, according to online distance selling law. This means that you have the right to cancel and return an item to us within 14 days after you received it, please contact us before you return any items.
You receive the entire purchase price back, but you are responsible for the delivery cost of the return package. The returned goods must be unused and in original packaging together with packing slip / invoice, please make sure that details of how the repayment should be made, must be attached. Repayment is normally carried out within 1-5 business days but no later than 30 days, after we have received and accepted the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Repayment of the order amount is made after an approved return. Please contact us before you return an item.
The right for cancellations does not apply furnitures. STOCKHOLM BOMBAY PROJECTS furniture is exclusively old and in good condition but one must reckon patina and some wear.
Note that the right to cancel does not apply to business customers.
7. CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You can in most cases return an item and select another similar item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Predicted that the product is unused, in full original packaging and undamaged. When changing a product, you are responsible for the return cost. Exchanges do not apply to furniture, if the product is customized or otherwise tailored to your needs. If you wish to exchange an item - please contact us by phone or email.
8. RECLAMATION OF PRODUCT
8.1 We always check all the goods for any errors, as far as possible, before we deliver them to you. In the unlikely if there is something wrong with your product, please contact us before you return the item. When we receive a valid complaint requirements we will contact you to remedy the defect or transmit any return codes / waybill.
8.2 DAMAGE
Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. For claim of goods with visible, external transport damage, pleaese make sure that injuries have been noted on the shipping company's bill of lading in connection with receipt. If you discover hidden defects / damage in transit after opening the packaging / packing, please contact us by phone or email.
8.3 DISPUTES
Case of any dispute raised by the Board for Consumer Complaints is our policy to comply with the recommendations that the Board issue.
9. WARRANTIES
We have no general guarantee of the products we sell.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION & COOKIES
We take responsibility for any personal information such as name, address and e-mail, which you provide to us or that we obtain when you shop with us. All such information is only used within the company's computer system and handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). Information will be used in order that we in the purchase to fulfill our commitments to you and give you good service. It can be about delivering the goods you ordered, communicate order status, or to share with you information about news, promotions and offers.
Under the Electronic Communications Act, anyone who visits a Web site informed on the use of cookies. When you visit our site, save so-called "session cookies" on your computer. These are used for keeping track of which products you put in the basket and if you do not have cookies enabled in your browser, you will not be able to make a purchase. Session cookies disappear from your computer when you exit your browser. If you disable cookies, you will still be able to surf on our site.
