Delivery methods: 1)Delivery by mail: After receiving your order, your items will be sent the same or the following day. Estimated delivery within Sweden: 2-3 working days.
Delivery times to Europe vary between 3-8 working days depending on the country and amount of records. Delivery times to the rest of the world is 3-12 days depending on location. These delivery times are only estimates from the Swedish postal service and may vary a lot. We send all international orders using the Swedish postal services 1st class airmail which is handed over to your national postal service for delivery.
2) Customers in Sweden may choose the option to pick up the order at the shop (S:t Eriksgatan 48, Stockholm). No freight cost will be added.
Our stock is updated continually, if, however any item is sold out before we have had a chance to update the web site, we either send you the item when it is back in stock (free shipping), or we return the money to your account.
Returns: We accept returns within 14-days of your recieving the items, * if you have recieved the wrong item. * if the package/seal is unbroken and the item is unused. We do not accept: * returns of Special offer items, books, magazines and baby clothes. * responsibility for pressing conditions of Jamaican vinyl et.c.
Special offers and Collectors: We do not guarantee that the package of Special offer items is in mint condition, since these could be returned items that could have some signs of "shop wear". In such cases the product is however not used. Collectors items are usually used.
Orders from persons below 18 years: Under age customers must have parents or other guardian's allowance to order. Note that we do not accept responsibility for computer use in your home.
Privacy: Your name, address, phone number and E-mail address are kept PRIVATE (we do not share or sell our customer database).

Rea-varor och Samlar objekt: Vi garanterar inte att reavarornas förpackningar är i nyskick. Detta för att det kan röra sig om returexemplar som eventuellt är "butiksslitna". Själva produkten är dock oanvänd. Samlar objekten är oftast begagnade.
Beställningar av personer under 18 år: Minderåriga måste alltid ha målsmans tillstånd vid beställning. Observera att vi ej ansvarar för datoranvändningen i hemmen.
