In the True Metal Merch webshop you can shop and pay in:

Shipping Costs
Your shipping costs are calculated when you process your order and presented to you before completing it in the Check Out. We usually ship with Airmail. It is our ambition to keep the shipping costs as low as possible without cutting down on quality.

Prices
Prices may change. No refunds because of future price drops. In the event where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse an offer from a customer. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Not all products are available at all times.

Vat Tax
Prices here are listed including VAT tax (Value Added Tax). Customers outside the European Union will get the VAT tax (25%) refunded automatically before finishing their order in the checkout. This is calculated after you enter country.

Returns
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it, please contact us before sending so we can give you a return address. Return address may vary depending on product.

Credit card payment
SSL secure payment. No information is stored. Texttalk administrates all credit card transactions for True Metal Merch. This means you can safely enter your entire card number on truemetalmerch.com via a secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Advance payment
In the Check Out you are provided with information on how to make the bank transfer. When the amount is on our account we ship.

Import taxes, customs duties and fees                                                         
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU (The European Union) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; True Metal Merch have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If the products are rejected and not able to be brought into your country all costs must be borne by the recipient.
