The Daniamant SL-500 is a SOLAS and MED-approved internal lifeboat light designed for motorized survival craft and enclosed lifeboats. Operating across a wide 10–30 V DC voltage range, it delivers a steady white illumination to safely illuminate the cabin interior.
Using solid-state LED technology, the SL-500 combines very low current draw with maintenance-free dependability. It has been tested against the IMO Polar Code down to −52 °C for safe deployment in polar regions.
Supplied with 3 metres of cable (longer lengths available on request). Paired with the external SL-400, it provides a comprehensive lighting system for any survival craft.
