Potassium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Potassium is a mineral that the body needs in relatively large amounts for several basic functions to work normally.
166–500 mg of elemental potassium per dose
One capsule provides 750 mg of potassium citrate, of which 166 mg is elemental potassium (25% of the RDI). Three capsules provide 2,250 mg of potassium citrate, of which 500 mg is elemental potassium (75% of the RDI). The package contains 90 capsules.

Ingredients: Mineral: potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (E470b), bulking agent (E460), vegetable cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended use: Take 1–3 capsules daily with a meal. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
