L-Carnitine from Swedish Supplements is a dietary supplement that contains carnitine in two different forms: L-carnitine tartrate in the form of Carnipure (Quality trademark from Lonza) and ALC [Acetyl L Carnitine] which, in addition to the usual benefits of Carnitine, can also positively affect concentration and focus. Carnitine is an amino acid with the task of transporting fat to the mitochondria where combustion takes place, it is found naturally in the human body as well as in the diet, especially in meat. However, carnitine is not found in plant foods. Supplementation, especially during a diet, can therefore help to achieve dietary and weight control goals.
