Parsley dry , 50g
Parsley has roots in southern Europe, where it grows almost everywhere. It has an intense green color and consists of small buds of trefoil with curved edges. Botanically, it belongs to the celery family.
For the ancient Greeks, parsley was sacred - and one of the plants used to adorn race winners. Originally, this aromatic plant was used for medicinal purposes and later entered the kitchen.
Parsley has a high nutritional value due to its content of vitamin A, vitamin C and iron.
Although it has a strong flavor, it goes well with ingredients such as sour cream and balances ingredients with a milder taste. Add to food at the end of cooking and sprinkle over food when serving.
