Atessa Ride pad / Bareback pad in suede (with stirrup attachments), BLACK

Stylish ride pad in high quality, handmade by Pioneer in Italy. The upper side is made of genuine suede with very good grip. Slightly shaped cushions on the flaps for extra support. The underside is covered with neoprene with good grip. Well padded with fine close-contact. Leather handle at the front. The straps are made of strong biothane. Stirrup attachments located at the front of the paddle (note that you cannot sit up using stirrup leather in a riding pad). Thinner padding at the spine, creating a small tunnel. Nylon strap on the top that ties the covers and is not felt by the rider (see picture of burgundy riding pad above).
Flexible model with English shape. Slightly narrower than for example Brockamp's riding pad. Approx. 52 cm long.
The price also includes a narrow nylon girth, length 50 cm.

You do not need an extra saddle pad under this ride pad (other than to protect it from dirt).
