"Flowers and Forests" organic honey is harvested from bee colonies that we have located in different areas far away from conventional crops and known for rich native vegetation. There, the bees collect nectar from thousands of different flowers and from the honeydew of conifers, such as: pine, fir, linden, shrub, heather and ivy as well as from native vegetation. This prestigious honey's color is bright, its taste is full-bodied and sugary while breathtaking aromas emerge as each jar is opened.
The honey texture crystallizes naturally, but it can be restored to liquid form if the honey vase is placed in a pan of hot water (up to 45 degrees C or 110 degrees F).
