Instructions
For perfectly hot Nescafé®:
In a mug (350 ml):
1. Add sugar (optional)
2. Add 4 g (2 tsp) Nescafé®
3. Add about 50 ml of water (room temperature)
4. Stir with a teaspoon until a fine, rich cream is formed
5. Fill with hot water at a temperature of 92-94°C until the mug is full
6. Add milk (optional). Stir lightly with a spoon.
Extra tips
- Stir with quick circular movements with a teaspoon to get a fine, rich cream.
- When adding the remaining water, it should be done using a jug or other container with a steady flow from the side to preserve the cream.
For the perfect Nescafé® frappé:
In a glass of Nescafé® frappé:
1. Add sugar (optional)
2. Add 4 g (2 tsp) Nescafé®
3. Add about 30 ml of water (at room temperature)
4. Whisk for about 10 seconds with the on/off mixer in the center of the glass. Alternatively, you can whisk the contents of a shaker for about 10 seconds.
5. Add 4-5 ice cubes
6. Add milk (optional)
7. Fill up with ice water until the glass is full
Extra tips
- The cream that forms immediately after shaking your shaker or mixer should be liquid so that it can mix better with the other ingredients.
- Each time we add water, it should be done using a jug or other container with a steady flow, so that the cream that will be created does not contain bubbles or air.
