Mako Nychaki rice is a high-quality short-grain rice, particularly appreciated in Greek cuisine. It is characterized by its soft, slightly creamy and slightly sticky texture after cooking, making it ideal for dishes where the rice is supposed to bind the ingredients together.
This rice is perfectly suited to traditional dishes such as dolmades (stuffed vine leaves), rice casseroles and other Mediterranean-inspired recipes. Thanks to its ability to absorb flavors, it gives a juicy and flavorful result.
