About my pottery:
Due to the nature of handmade pottery, elements like colors, patterns, textures
and sizes may slightly vary. The Item shipped is not always the one shown in the picture. Also note that colour can be shown differently on your digital screen.
All of my functional pottery is non toxic, dishwasher and microwawe safe
I'll be happy to make custums orders, or send items that are not in digital stock. Please contact me for further information.
Packing and shipping:
All items are wrapped and packed with great care and I try to use recycled packing materials as much as I can.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes charges imposed by his/her country/state. Swedish VAT will be discounted at checkout for customers outside the EU
In case of return or exchange, shipping is to be paid by the buyer on both ways. Please pack items carefully.
I'm sorry shipping prices are so high overseas -I only charge what swedish post takes, no extra packing fee. Ceramics are heavy and requires a lot of packing material (= big box & expensive shipping)
Returns and refunds
All of my work is made with care & joy. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact me within a week after reciving package.
Refunds will be for purchase price and will not include shipping fees.
Careful packing will most often prevent breakage, but if you recieve a broken piece, please mail me a photo of the damage within a week from recieving the package, and I will replace it.
